Course fees: Course fees are payable prior to course commencement and quotations are valid for 14 days.

Course Times: Classes begin promptly at 08h00 and end at 17h00, unless otherwise noted.

Pre-requisites: Delegates must be or intend to be practicing change agents/analysts/managers and are already involved in a project/s that will affect change in their organisation. Course prework will be set and needs to be completed and submitted prior to attending the class session. After the class sessions delegates will be required to complete an assignment, which forms part of the course. Delegates need to assign some time to completing both pre and post class session work.

Invoice shall be issued upon registration, payable in full prior to commencement of the course

Cancellation policy

• More than 30 calendar days before the program, tuition is fully refundable or transferable to another calendar session date.
• Within 30 to 15 calendar days of the program start date, tuition is non-refundable and 75% can be transferred to subsequent session (25% change fee).
• Within 14 calendar days of the program start date, tuition is non refundable and 50% can be transferred to subsequent session (50% change fee).
• All cancellation/transfer requests must be received in writing (send e-mail). Delegates must cancel lodging and accommodations with the venue directly and pay all associated fees.
• Non-attendance will result in the client being liable for full payment of the course fee.
• Picourseware reserves the right to postpone classes. Liability is limited to the return of the registration fee paid.
• Pricing, scheduling and course availability is subject to change without prior notice. In the event of full course price being paid, yet booking not utilised within a period of 6 months, the course credit will expire.
