Prosci Change management

There are many ways to approach the challenge of learning about change management, depending on the purpose for which it is undertaken. One could take a formal, academic approach. This could involve learning about change from the point of view of the social sciences (industrial or social psychology, management sciences etc.) or one could approach learning about change from a practitioner perspective; focussing on process, structure, timing and integration with other key management technology (ERP, project management etc.). Both are useful and complement each other. Indeed, this may be a way of improving the track record of change management as a whole, a necessary endeavour.

We believe that all training should be experiential, grounded both on research and theory and easily assimilated into the operational environment from which it draws its funding and delivers ability.
