Change Management Coaching Program

The Change Management Coaching Program is a one-day program tailor made for managers who are leading employees through a change. This course ensures that participants understand the importance of their role as leaders of change through the use of the ADKAR® model. They will also learn strategies to manage resistance to change. Participants will take part in various exercises and role-plays to reinforce the learning experience.

The manager coaching program attendees shall receive a pre-course preparation kit that needs to be completed by interacting with their direct reports, project managers or direct line manager. They shall also receive a book that needs to be read before the course.
At the course they receive handouts and a copy of the slide presentation.
The course is classroom-based, interactive and accommodates the entire range of learning styles. It integrates individual, organizational and explicit knowledge, and facilitates the transfer of experiential knowledge.

Learning outcomes:

Post-training support is offered to managers on an as-needed basis. The nature of this support is telephonic and is specific to the projects that the managers are sponsoring. This support is confidential and the first hour carries no charge.
