Customised Change Management courses for licensed customers

We have developed a number of courses to help deal with change in various organizations that hold full site licenses from Prosci. The courses developed are divided into two main streams; one stream focuses on helping employees dealing with issues related to personal change the other focuses on organizational change and the management of change at a strategic level. 

All the courses are highly interactive, experiential, are designed for the specific environment in which the organization operates.

These courses are not transferable across organizations.
