Prosci’s orientation to Change Management for employees
Employees are the target of most of change management and are a critically important part of the organisation. Their challenge is to constantly perform, against ever-changing objectives while managing change in themselves.
This course focuses on the personal competencies required to better deal with change.
The intent is to help employees to create an environment of knowledge, trust and collaboration; where it is possible to constantly improve performance and optimize skills and resources.
The emphasis of this course is on transfer of experiential learning; as such all the activities, role plays, scenarios and assessments are aimed at developing skills that have a specific purpose, are relevant to the learner's experience and working environment.
The course is flexible, interactive and uses multimedia within a communicative approach, which facilitates cooperative learning.
