Prosci Change Management for managers

Managers, in their role as leaders, are the most important component of a change management program. Their challenge is to deliver business results (often based on the old paradigm) while affecting change in the organisation to create a new environment. Simultaneously, they too may need to change their behaviour; resulting in the need for them to lead the change in their people while managing change in themselves. 

This course focuses on building:

The intent is to help managers to create an environment of knowledge, trust and collaboration; where it is possible to constantly improve performance and optimize skills and resources.

The emphasis of this course is on transfer of experiential learning; as such all the activities, role plays, scenarios and assessments are aimed at developing skills that have a specific purpose, are relevant to the learner’s experience and working environment.  
The course is flexible, interactive and uses multimedia within a communicative approach, which facilitates cooperative learning.
