Change Management Sponsor Program

The Change Management Sponsor Program is a 4-6 hour course aimed at senior leaders and executives who sponsor or authorize changes. This course shall ensure that all participants will understand the connection between change management and business results and will also train all participants to position strategically their business and projects to ensure success. In addition, this course shall demonstrate the role of effective executive sponsorship and how a “visible and active sponsorship” is more effective than resource authorization and allocation.
